As a coworking space, we each operate by our own hours. Our regular business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Tuesday to Thursday and 10 am to 4pm on Friday (subject to change).

Upon arrival, please phone or message your service provider to let them know and they will inform you when it is time to enter the salon. We do not have a waiting area as we do are utmost best to give our clients our complete, undivided attention and create a safe space for everyone.

Our employees depend on you to respect their availability. Please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice. We recognize that not all of life's events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. 

Please note that we reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum 25% fee to repeated last-minute cancellations. In addition, we reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Fees will be added to your bill.
